I’m sorry to hear your loss.
I lost my father-in-law last year (October) it was a complete shock to my wife and myself - he was always an active man(playing golf and fishing). He suffered a heart attack shortly after playing a round of golf - maybe it was the shock of actually hitting the ball straight that killed him.
I pretty much think of him everyday - although it still upsets me that he is gone my memories of him always bring a smile to my face and the sadness seems to fade away.
You are going to be OK dude.
